Our first year as a pop up in Harlem was fun and exciting. We were stead fast toward expansion.

The goal was to double equipment and hire 3 people. An intern and 2 instructors. Now that the formula is considered, building a team is part of the secret sauce of a successful operation. We are pivoting into a space that is digitally driven as well as utilizing the space we occupy and appreciate in the world. The land, the parks, the water, and each other. We want to thank the community for embracing our efforts and dreams towards empowering supporting and building a healthy healing mindset and returning to healing through health, love, nutrition, and meditation.
